The deception behind this entity
The plethora of lies
That you say with sincerity

I was naive

Left me desolate
To just howl and wail
To suppress the sea of emotions
That was on the brink of explosion

When I see you happy with someone else
When I see you smile with an impish sincerity
When I see you play with your hairs
In front of someone, you have just known for days

Believe you me, I feel happy
For you
But I fail to fathom
Why don't you feel the same for me
Whom you have known for long

I respect your choices
Your opinions
You have the right to chose
You have the right to reject

But there is something
I want to tell you
You are pushing me back
To the same jungle, in its cavern of darkness

And trust me, I am not going to come out soon
For I fear love now
For I fear deceit
I fear the smile on your face
That has the charisma of devil
