The First Dawn of Freedom
#FreedomDawn
The first dawn of freedom, a gentle light,
A sun that rises after the longest night.
It whispers of hope in the quiet breeze,
Unveiling dreams carried across the seas.
It’s the song of joy in a heart that’s new,
A sky painted bright with every hue.
No chains to bind, no shadows to fear,
Just the warmth of love, so pure, so near.
It’s a path that winds through fields of gold,
A story of courage, finally told.
The dawn of freedom, tender and true,
Is a world reborn, with skies of blue.
For in that light, we find our way,
To brighter tomorrows, and a brighter day.
The first dawn of freedom, what does it bring?
The song of a soul that’s learning to sing.
It means to me, a breath of life,
A world without the weight of strife.
A place where dreams can freely soar,
In the first dawn of freedom, forevermore.
