Glitter, Sparkle, Shine
If diamonds didn't glitter in the light, Then your eyes could fill their place,
Linked with silver against my neckline,
Paired with thoughts of you taking me in lace,
If stars didn't sparkle against the night sky,
Then your smile is one millions could wish on,
Sending naive dreamers on a chase miles high,
Swept gently with your low-husking song,
If Gold never shines against the secured vaults,
Then your heart surely could shine,
invoking the desire of thousands when you want,
But I'm glad to have you, always mine,
And you, like a precious Pearl I'll flaunt.
