The story of life,
Is a work in progress,
Success or strife,
You're allowed to digress

Pride is to slay
Hope is your friend
Love comes to play
Like an angel descend

Emotions may distract
Lead you to a different way
Provacations may attract
Mind, a silent prey.

Suffocation may creep-in
Difficult seem the journey
Strength give in
Road still grow thorny

The end is heavenly
Full of solitude
One who inspired secretly
Receive my sincere gratitude

Learn to smile
Even in painful dismay
Lose no faith for a while
To win the race someday.
