Commuter Caught In The Commotion
Irritation courses through my veins,
Like waves crashing into a rock face,
Suffocation grips hold of my neck,
Like a sardine, I'm squashed in a tight space.
My body now perspiration,
Like a seal dipping into the ocean,
Arms outstretched all around me.
I'm a commuter caught in the commotion.
With every jolt along the track,
The passengers dance and sway,
The train a quiet mosh pit,
As I embrace another delay...
