In a candles light .. I feel his spirit
A presence known, so very near

.. I stare into the glowing light
My eyes captured .. Mesmerized

My senses .. My reality fades as
I continue to gaze, transfixed

Surreal shadows form .. Rising, falling
In the flicker .. In its dancing flame

Peace .. Is the feeling I sense, endless
In this dream state frame of mind

In a candles light .. I see hope .. I sense
A guidance, not my own

Though I feel so unworthy .. I feel
a love .. A presence known
