Believe.
The virtuous sheets shall cover you.
Not gauze or there, Egyptians about to mummy you.
Open your heart to love, they say.
Rapturous I countered, love is for the weak.
For the prime of my youth shall not be wasted on love.
Nor the peace of my old age spent worriting over any lost love.
