Looking through the window,
waiting eagerly..
To see me return home finally..
Eyes lit up, lips curved..
with a peaceful smile..
To see me at the door,it had been a while...
All ready to serve mom's special food
That obviously tasted heavenly good..
She did see me eat peacefully and her eyes did fill with tears
Full was my stomach with food made of love..
And that virtually did fill her' with happiness..
Her sacrifice is limitless..
No other soul can be this selfless.
She never expects anything in return..
She lightens the family like a lantern
Never take her for granted
Indeed she is god , visible to the eyes
It's our mother..
She loves us like no other
Dont ever be a reason for her to bother..
She cared ,she bared all the pain
Don't let all her efforts go in vain
Remember its all hers whatever you gain..
