We went for late night walks,
Holding hands and gossip talks,
We used to talk at night till dawn,
You promised to catch me when I fall.

Today, I still go for walks in the park nearby,
The wings were injured and I was unable to fly,
I chuckled when I found no one beside,
Why did you leave me when I came on the ground away from the sky?

you were always my partner in crime in the 5th grade,
We knew the consequences but were never afraid,
We walked to school laughing under the shade,
Never knew that the colorful bond would easily fade.

I still walk to school leaving exactly at quater to 8,
Not exactly the way how my dad went in may,
By Climbing the mountains and crossing the lakes,
I go just with my bag and me walking a lonely way.

We went on picnics to the countryside,
You were there lying in the green meadow by my side,
Your touch made me feel butterflies,
But who knew everything about us was a lie.

Now I'm lying on my back in the same field,
Thinking how fast time flies without a hint,
I saw a butterfly on a flower reminding me
The times we spent together in watching the sunset scene.
