A life of Dreams
I know I belong in a realm of fantasy,
Where my deepest desires unfold with ease,
Where every dream I've ever had comes true,
And I become the hero of a world anew.

Everyone's eager to see me shine so bright,
Love radiates, and they all align in delight,
They adore me like a heroine, so divine and fair,
I fulfill all my dreams, both seen and hidden with care.

I become the fairy godmother of all,
Granting wishes, standing tall,
I realize my significance in the world's sight,
But my dreams stretch far, beyond the light of day and night.

The sun rises, dispelling the darkness of night,
A brighter dawn breaks, and my dreams take flight,
But then I wake, and they shatter like glass on the floor,
Leaving me with the truth: it was just a dream, nothing more.

I understand that dreams are meant to be dreams,
Not reality, no matter how it seems,
I thought I had it all, but it slipped away like sand,
A fleeting fantasy, lost in the vastness of this land.
