The sun rises on the day of Bhogi,
And casts a golden light on the sky.
They thank the gods for their bounty and might,
And hope for a prosperous year to come by.

They feast on rice and sugarcane,
And savor the sweetness of life.
They make a colorful rangoli,
And adorn their homes with flowers bright.

Bhogi is a festival of joy and renewal;
It marks the end of the old and the start of the new.
They celebrate with their family and friends,
And welcome the harvest season with gratitude and happiness.
