How Little Do We Know About People
How little do we know
How much we place other people into boxes
label them as normal
label them as weird
label them as useless
label them as brilliant

label them as better than we are
label them as having nothing and no one to complain about

label them as judgmental
label them as easy to summarize and categorize into a certain personality
label them as not worth noticing
label them as not worth caring about
label them as a hopeless case

label them as neurotic
label them as crazy
label them as faking depression to get attention
or because they think suffering is cool
label them as being depressed for no reason

label them as weak
label them as arrogant
label them as pathetic
label them as talentless
label them as superficial

label them as sadistic
label them as completely extroverted
label them as totally introverted
label them as having social phobia
label them as hiding something

label them as deceptive
label them as sneaky and dishonest
label them as seeking attention.

I'm not saying sin and wrongdoing doesn't exist.
I'm not saying you should admire people no matter what type of people they are.
I'm not saying feeling angry or deciding what kind of person you're dealing with is always wrong.
But it's not okay to make snap judgments of people
or to quickly assume that they are always like that or have a certain motive for what they do; things like there's only one reason they're dumb or shy or lazy or depressed or distracted.
