Swimming slowly into the bloodstream,
the substance crushed into particles
The liquid, when gulped down
circulated round the system
as millions of atoms ran to their post
The nerves relaxed.
A solution was then injected
Suddenly, the system jolted
and shout and cries were heard
Few minutes later, it settled
The chemicals then whispered

just calm down
And slowly,
