clearing the path of doubt
confused gaze , pout
pen names rearranged
hearts reclaimed

safeguarded like pupil of my eye
refilled heart , blood flow revived
quick action , protection
authenticity cherished
refilling my ink ,

a world full of friendly strangers
are strangers looking for friends
and so be it , everyone is asking
for truth
but we are anonymously writing
sharing each others fruit

planting it before harvest time
watering it regularly
til the seed of art and craft sprouts
literary authenticity
they shout

fine lines between art and reality
blurred yet enhanced
with camaraderie

filtered , curated scenes
turns into dramatic dealings
digital make up
stock photos , stocked
generated images abundant
filling our days bein'
emotionally available
physically avoidant
with loved ones

writing pain, beauty,
struggles and victories
as an ornament in poetry
a phase of struggle towards peaceful days
