The Plane that I boarded
I didn't know the destination
But I boarded the flight,
I was anxious but I was happy,
Didn't see the coming plight.
Starting was with utmost acceleration
The runway had to be rough
Longing was of reaching high above
Taking decisions, was really tough.
What had to be a climb
Was turning into a fall down
Lost my calm, lost my mind
The fear was, my falling crown.
Soon the plane caught its pace
Made it through the stormy skies
My mates and I had it altogether
The happy laughs and beautiful cries.
There opened a gateway
For the beautiful heavenly place
The clouds that were white as cotton
The sun shining with all its grace.
I was almost there
Close enough to my destination
The vision got clearer with each blink
But my heart fluttered being impatient.
So I feared this very last instant
What was going to happen as I land,
Would that be my dream come true
Or failure asking for a helping hand.
