To see the time pass slowly,
I paused.
It is calm now .
Realising , all this time
I 've only been running.
From thought to thought,
From Place to place.

What I 've missed , was this,
this peace, and a sigh of relief.
A pause, a meaningful pause.
Beautiful chance to reflect
on my actions and speech.

It is indeed an exotic moment
Neruda was right when he said" Let us stop for a second... It would be an exotic moment."
Pausing allows self introspection.
Making you aware of yourself,
your actions and speech.

" Life is what it is about "
And Time is all we need
to understand, in a moment
it flees, never to be found again.

So ! pause for a moment,
Take a breath ,
Reflect on your speech and action.
Mend relationship, friendship anything ,
You can ... learn to forgive,
and embrace love, and unity.
Valuing life and it's teachings.

Although I began to write this poem after reading 'Time does not pass ' by Rajendra Bhandari... slowly i come to realise... this poem was echoing Neruda's 'On keeping Quiet ', with its message of self introspection.
