The struggle to quiet the mind
Is endless drone,
A desire to mute emotions,
a deep personal tone.
If only we could find a way to silence the fears,
And
Let our thoughts and feelings disappear.
But Alas,
Our minds and hearts ,
Are not made of stone,
They are the essence
Who we are,
Our very own.
To mute them,
Would be to lose a part of our soul.
