Let her sleep deep,
Let us not weep,
For she is at her journey’s end,
Left with no memories to mend.
Rest in eternal peace.
Enjoy watching your pain cease.
It's true you were more important than my heart beats.
You had always guided me to prevent me from falling into the deeps.
I miss the happiness in your eyes whenever you see me.
I miss the change in your tone whenever I called you.
I miss the victory I felt when I heard you yelling at your own daughter for me.
I wish I was able to see you one last time.
I'd give you a tight hug.
To let my heart enjoy the last minutes of your loving warmth.
Then I'd tell you how much I'm not doing fine.
I'd tell you how much I tried to hide from the harsh reality.
Trying to trick myself into thinking of it an illusion.
That your death was just a filthy delusion.
But I know you're happy now.
And don't worry, I'm willing to keep my vow.
Rest in peace you beautiful soul.
You'll stay as precious as gold.
Earth is a better protector than my heart.
I know it's for the best that you had to depart.
Till we meet again.
In better places.
With brighter happy faces.
Staying together.
Not having to depart again.
