the more I give
I'm thankful for my deformity.
that my daughter may know that what's important lay below. and not upon the surface. I'm glad she doesn't see me as crooked. even though I clearly am. I am so blessed to feel she understands. what's valuable isn't monetary. it isn't appearance. though those things do matter, just not much at all. what matters is how great my love is for her.
my love is like a giant net. one that would do it's damndest to catch her if she were to fall.
in the big picture I know I am just one tiny speck. but my love is like a whirlwind. like a rolling snowball. it picks up momentum as I live. and it grows greater In circumference. the more that I give. and that is in no way small.
