#Raindrops

what else could have lifted me while falling,
could have shifted my attention and having no control over it's direction.
Took me to a time I see ahead of me, then a time I'm leaving behind.
Teaches me to be fearless and open my wings wide.
To breathe the petrichor and admire the hues in the sky.
The raindrops showed me,
why life shouldn't be confined
between two points of time.
