Sinister darkness, gloomy and oppressing
With menacing kisses secretly caressing
Weary and abandoned, huddled alone,
Sparkling tears torrent to shimmery bone
Slashing with satin and sparing with silk
Tainted scarlet, creamy like milk
What do you do when you just want to cry?
Do you lie down and succumb to it and let
yourself die?
An evil so diseased you collapse into it
Insanity takes over bit by bit
Golden dreams recoil into sinister nightmares
Of dark reality and dangerous truth that bares,
Across fields and meadows of violets and strawberries
Bruised petals, beaten down grass, and crushed fairies
Broken and defeated, bewildered, and confused
Where are the feelings in this, I was just used?
Entwined in a sticky web of uncertainty
By a foolish night of passion and stupidity.
