Think about a time in your life when you couldn’t make a decision, and write a poem based on it.
I looked into her eyes,
going to tell her what I feel.
Grabbing her shoulders,
I sighed so deep.
I forgot those lines,
those rehearsals I did in my dreams.
She stared at me with those eyes,
Making my heart skip a beat.
Anxiety started hitting me,
When I started telling her how I feel.
She wasn't even looking at me
And it scared the hell out of me
But still I could feel my heart beat.
I hanged my head low,
dragging my feet away, hiding my tears.
My eyes went wide, When she yelled my name in tears.
She yelled those words with her face all blushed.
Looking at her,
I prayed to god, lets not this be a dream.
She smiled at me,
Making my heart skip a beat.
Alarm buzzed pulling me back from my dream,
I questioned myself looking at the ceiling, Was that all just a dream?
Turning around I looked at her,
She was the dream I was living
and the reality that still isn't mine.
