There's a popular lie among us that with time things will change. What time does is to reveal things and not change them. What then is growth? Growth is a deliberate cause to change. The only type of growth that is automatic is biological growth, all other type of growth are engineered "growth is sequential". Don't hang your growth on promise. Fact as opined that only few make up with their promises. Honour everything, respect people but only trust the people who engage in helping you grow, in fact they are your true lovers. There's pretty much to learn, create time for learning it's the mother of growth.
