Harbinger of our doom,
Hurtling through space,
The asteroid is here too soon
Too late for planned escape
Our sky will hold its vigil high
Our world erased, we had our time
Just like the stars that shined on high
Destroyed before we found their light
Abyss or sand will be your gaze
And maybe we will see these days
I wonder who will blame their neighbor
When this asteroid sets our world ablaze
Harbinger of our doom,
Hurtling through space,
The asteroid is here too soon
Too late for planned escape
Our sky will hold its vigil high
Our world erased, we had our time
Just like the stars that shined on high
Destroyed before we found their light
Abyss or sand will be your gaze
And maybe we will see these days
I wonder who will blame their neighbor
When this asteroid sets our world ablaze
