LAZINESS.

Laziness they say is evil,
Devil's performance of idleness.
Hard work I heard is civil,
Man's performance of fitness.
The world shows spite,
When you are seen idle.
The itch to glint bright,
When you need a candle.
I enjoy the dark nights,
The world show me no rest.
Them wind puffs off my light,
Then I strain to lantern my nest.
But all they want is a cite,
And all they see is Laziness.
