THE BEGINNING OF THE END...
#WritcoPoemPrompt2
In the end, it was just me and my thoughts.
A painful trap, long after you were gone for good.
"I ought to move on" I taught my thought to say,
But like a bell, you tinker in my head. Until you couldn't.

In the end, it is just me and my thoughts.
Like a trampoline, I bounce in and out of the thought of "us" gone for good.
"I'm glad you've moved on" I feel tinker tell you from the back of my head.
Just like a trampoline, our memories would appear like a magical creation from fairy godmother's wand,
Hoping, that our memories would fade out of existence, like the Potter's Cloak of Invisibility.

In the end, we are fine.
Or I hope we are.
For then, we ought to have taught our thought to not be stuck...
"Do not be stuck in this painful trap" I see myself rap to my crap.
I know you do too.
