Once again here I am, trying to please someone else's ego. Once again here I am, giving my purest love, heart, and soul. Once again here I am, giving my all for nothing in return. Once again here I am, with my selfworth starting to burn. Once again here I am, revealing my innermost being. Once again here I am, uncertain and vulnerable, a dreadful anxious feeling. Once again here I am, where a crossroad lies around the bend. I always take the right road, today I say never again.
