When my Granddad asked for,
With a long thought I set it then
"Cinderella's sandals" I asked for;
So he set out once for them;

"Let it be the first gift from me,
And thus, let it be your best wish"
So when he the parcel set before me
I in joy jumped as if a fish;

For I fancied it a time long
And longed for it much a time,
But now with it I'm fine
That in joy I forgot the time.
