everyone says,
but, is it that simple
to release it away?

Holding on is like to plough
all wounds and hurts of the ago,
to poke and rub it thorough,
planting a seed of pain to grow.

Letting go in lieu,
sets peace within you.
Freeing you from chains of fear,
not letting insecurities interfere!!!
