The door to tomorrow,
Opens in the shadows of today,
So brush aside the path of sorrow,
And make your way.
There's no point in stalling,
there's no reason to stay,
how many times did you want out?
How many nights did you pray?
Keep your chin up,
come what may,
keep your hands steady,
as you face each new day.
You so desperately desired this,
a chance to finally get away ,
a chance to have your own voice,
now life has made a way.
