Filtering rays of sunshine,
Brighten up my day,
My heart swells with hope and pride,
Keen for the glories coming my way...

The soft morning breeze,
caressing my skin,
A glorious day it promises to be.
As I open my eyes to the beautiful day,
the chirping of the birds is a melody to crave.

Filtering rays of sunshine,
Brighten up my day,
even on the days, my mind strays away,
I still rest in the thought that,
The day brings nothing but glories my way.
