I spent shedding my tears.
Even then,
will your pain suffice
for happiness,
you could have given me?
If our affair was worth a gamble
of your time or money?
Didn't you have an easy gamble?
Yet, Why didn't you notice
my yearning for your time
When I asked you,
an early appearance
at home?
Your time....my love,
was the cure for my tears.
as though,
no other nations currency
Could buy my comfort.
Unless that nation's currency
were you're time.
