I am dry like a river that was once mighty, with its gushing waters that were music to your ears, now everyone around me leaves to find a river mightier than I once was.

I am Broken like a canyon that was once the tallest mountain, now I can't even get to the other side without risking it all.

I have melted like a glacier that once glistened with so much beauty and wonder, now I can't exist without drowning someone in my deadly waters.

Burned like a forest fire and no one knows how I started burning, now I just wait for someone with the right amount of water to relinquish my flames without getting burnt.

Oh how wonderful it was in the natural cycle that is now a disaster, even the bravest know not what to do about it, oh how happy I was and now I am all shriveled up.
