Lamp
Shine thou in darkish night
Deity of the world of yore
World of Thine world of mine
Are the worlds of Eden Lord
Lamps of meadows, lamps of eyes
shine then vanish they all
Hearts are withering under burden
In the summer scented hall
Roses , myrtles, pines, daisies
In the holy hour worship
Rivulets, canals, seas in mazes
murmur, singth, talk and gossip
World of men is world of shadows
They are with Satan in war
Weak and moaning, born and die
Lingering phantoms but they are
Liveth they in the dark forever
See they light for an hour
Worship they the lord of Eden
In the earthen Icy bower
