Self help
In English we say “I forgive myself”
In poetry we say:In the quiet chambers of my shattered heart,
I gather the pieces, a mosaic of art.
Each crack tells a story, a whispered refrain,
Woven in shadows, illuminated by pain.
I cradle my flaws, like stars in the night,
Knowing forgiveness is my own guiding light.
I release all the burdens, the fears of the past,
Embracing the fragile, the broken, the vast.
With gentle resolve, I shed bitter chains,
In the garden of self, where compassion reigns.
I plant seeds of grace, through tempest and trial,
And bloom in the sunlight, with every new smile.
For within every storm, a lesson unfurls
A tender reminder of my beautiful world.
So I whisper to the mirror, in soft, sacred tones,
"I forgive you, dear spirit; I am home in my bones."
