Dystopian Hell
I'm dying for a thirst-quenching drink
I honestly know— I don't just think
I can never trust the city well
While living in dystopian hell

I'm famished— I'm dying of hunger
Sustenance changed since I was younger
It packs a pungent chemical smell
It's tasteless in dystopian hell

I'm dying to breathe some pristine air
That does not taste of constant despair
What's on this breeze makes both my lungs swell
Laboured breaths in dystopian hell

I'm dying to hear it crystal clear
It has been a long while now I fear
Here I only hear a parallel
It's blaring in dystopian hell

I'm dying to see the limpid sky
Light, bright blue was once a daily eye
Here the sky flies artillery shell
We're living in dystopian hell

I'm dying to have a lucid brain
Please let up on the constant migraine
I can't think— the dystopian spell?
Ever bound to dystopian hell

I'm dying— you're dying— it's dying
I truly wish that I was lying
But that last line I can not dispel
It's got a hold— dystopian hell

Colossal— monstrous corporation
Pushing another medication
It is just another life to sell
Come and buy some dystopian hell
