Lost
I carry burdens who's weight
is completely unknown to you
and I fight battles you can't see,
but you only care about
what it does to you
and not even a bit about
what it's doing to me.

I walk alone, two feet from the edge
for every waking moment of my life,
knowing that the fall would fix me...
but I keep taking steps towards nowhere,
knowing that "nowhere" and "nothing"
are two things that I'll always be.

So, don't come to my doorstep
soliciting me to give you sympathy,
because for one thing, I'm not even home,
and another; not even I know where to find me.
