As Jesus walked so do I
alongside this earthly plain
Is love eternal? I don't know
it almost came.
In my heart a new world
is what you are.
You seem so close
yet farther than a star.
The world around me was black
then yellow and now it's blue.
I see things in a different light
and owe it all to you.
Can I love again as
I have once before?
Today my heart asks
to be loved, forevermore.
This love in my heart
