It was beautiful pleasant journey
Untill i grow old
Time has passed so quickly
I was unaware of the changes
That happened around

The same road where
Sweet aroma of berries
And picturesque view of valleys
Would filled my heart with joy
Now it has turned into nothing but a barren road

How could i lost my senses
Was i dreaming ?
Or was it all my fantasy
The road has been always barren

But then again
The memories of big and brightest moon
How could i forget the moment
A shooting star passing through
Making a wish with a hopeful heart
To be greater than who i was before

Though the road is barren now
But i will keep walking
I have a never ending hope that one day
I might reach the place where i belong
Where i could finally say
