The Journey’s End
The journey has come to an end,
Weaving through meandering paths,
Sometimes alone, often with a friend,
In the tapestry of life, where joy often laths.
Each step a story, each turn a tale,
Through sunlit valleys and storms that prevail.
We’ve climbed the mountains, gazed at the skies,
Found treasures hidden, and whispered goodbyes.
From the moment we set out, with dreams held high,
With hearts full of wonder, beneath a vast sky,
We chased the horizons, where shadows danced light,
Venturing forth into the depths of the night.
Hand in hand, we wandered through fields of gold,
Each laughter a spark, every moment bold.
We forged our paths in the rich, loamy earth,
Celebrating the trials that gave our lives worth.
There were days when the sun poured its warmth on our faces,
When time stood still in the sweetest embraces.
We shared stories under the stars’ twinkling gaze,
As the moonlit night wove its soft, silver haze.
Yet, not every moment was woven with cheer,
For shadows would gather, and doubts would draw near.
We faced the storms that tested our might,
But...
