The day when someone dies.
On days when I hear the unfortunate news of someone close passing away.
I feel a sharp pain, a stab on my chest
Sometimes I cry out loud.
Sometimes I hide and i don't wanna be found.
Helpless tears and weeps crowd my face,
Saddens my mind.
And questions they hover,
The closer they were. Why? and How?
What-ifs and what-nots?
On the day after or maybe the day after that of someone close passing away,
I sit near my favourite window,
Melancholic memories flies out the window
And i feel like congratulating ,
I feel like celebrating the life they had.
The life we had---
The humongous moments of togetherness, the shared moments of pain and hardships
they all come together.
I feel hopeful, I feel sad...
With dried tears and a smile
I hear a joyful sad tune in my mind;
It feels like Twilight,
Beautiful and ominous at the same time.
With a glass of whisky
And a hand full of pictures, poetries and proses,
You and I ,Us
Our footprints might fade
But never will be erased.
And This is not goodbye, it's just another story that I need to write.
