I'm growing up and that's good
But my parents are past adulthood.
I looked at my dad today
What I saw, I don't see it everyday.

But painful as it is and tearful as it feels
My parents aren't getting younger but they still take care of my bills.
I was so focused on how i grew
That I forgot to look at how their years flew.
