I wake
From crows
They shriek
With kids
Who squawk
To school
And walk
Too loud
For one
Like me
Now up
With Sun
Not filled
My cup
With tea
Just yet
Black hot
And wet
I rise
With steam
Each day
From dream
To skies
Of cream
Calm blue
Pale grey
Cool green
Pink swirled
In eyes
Of dew
Like drops
Can brew
In hopes
To view
This world
Brand new
