Everything began with a hate so profound,
When I first saw you, its depth I had found.
How it would burn my soul, I could not see,
Initially indifferent, it didn't bother me.

For I loved you, regardless of your ways,
My greatest folly, those early days.
Loving someone who didn't love me back,
My biggest mistake, an off-track knack.

To love the unloving, my foolish art,
It was a tragic affair from the start.
