Tarry not towards the end,
Await and appreciate,
As you are now,
Your sorrow and your joy...
Your fury and your fear,
All should be held dear,
Allow it to wash over you,
Breathe in its purest essence,
Delight in each wave,
Block all invading thoughts,
Taste its distinct flavor,
As waves slow to ripples,
And you open your eyes,
You will forever be changed
Your mind reaching a pinnacle
Your face showing a wisdom
That was not there before
You are a new and greater person
You did what few can manage
Delight in all that you feel.
