Bleed Beneath the Sheens
Rising sun could you forgive me?
I have no control over my subconscious society.
Why are you leaving?
Tell me my eyes upon you are deceiving.

Let me ask you,
Do you know I haven’t eaten yet nor plan to soon?
I never asked to,
Feel like I can’t sleep it off, even when out arrives the moon.

Rays of visions of what could have been,
Life keeps up with its uncertain spins.
We’re all small but bleed beneath the sheens,
Finding meticulous circumstances to be seen.

The crusted rope spoiled in diamonds,
Leading amid glee for the promised stardom.
Idolise the version of myself never to be hidden,
I’m waiting for this pursuit guiding me to sanctum.

Let me wear the mask disguising my downfall,
Dance with the demons lurking upon pseudo halls.
Searching for a way out of the doldrums,
Five more eternal minutes to hold them.

Rays of visions of what could have been,
Life keeps up with its uncertain spins.
We’re all small but bleed beneath the sheens.
Finding meticulous circumstances to be seen.

You arrive hugging the burden,
I’m surprised you’d let it past this certain.
Keep on finding an alternate person,
Reminiscent of the phantom herd you were from.
