I love with my heart on my sleeve
Raw and exposed.
I never knew what it was like to mask how I’m feeling
I never knew
I love with my heart on my sleeve
Raw and exposed.
You never know who it is you are dealing with
At least…I never knew
I see the future that many doubt
Yet it always comes to fruition
I never knew
I never knew that a gift can also be a curse
I never knew that just because I saw it in my future
Doesn’t mean they ever saw it in theirs.
Raw and exposed is where I reside
But the only thing hurting is my pride
I never knew…
I can be everything yet nothing at the same time.
