They call others forth for prayer and healing but, when do their prayers surpass Gods will?

They promise others healing, but what if that shant be Gods will at present?

Does God not encourage us to listen to others, and teach us to use words wisely?

From what I know of my God, He does, so why do they so hastely lay their hands upon others, paired with almost sacred style healing...
