The Journey of Every Page
#WritcoPoemPrompt3
Turn every page till you reach the end,
Read every word before you press 'send'
Each line a whisper, a silent plea,
Revealing pieces of the hidden me.
The weight of sorrow, the sting of scars,
Memories locked behind fragile bars.
But in the ink, my truth unchains,
A soul laid bare in sorrows strains.
Yet as the final words appear,
Amid the grief, a light grows clear.
For through these lines, my heart might mend
A broken soul that dares to bend.
So turn each page, don't look away,
Sometimes the end is where hope will stay
