As I sit here wondering why life is so against me. Nothing but hurt, pain, and heartache is what I see!

I try to radiate love and happiness so everyone else can absorb. I try to take all the pain and sadness so its only I that has to endure.

I want to make life happy, I want to smile again. But the harder I try the deeper my wounds descend.

That's when Jesus came to me and held out his hand. He spoke softly, Its time to let go and trust in my plan.

Then like the wind he blew away. Now I keep my eyes on tomorrow and my heart protected from the pain.

That's when my smile returned and my happiness come back from life's lessons learned.
